Returns and Exchanges

Elizabeth Om mala bead necklaces that have been worn or used cannot be returned or exchanged.

Elizabeth Om mala bead necklaces and box are to be returned in their original condition with tags and undamaged packaging within fourteen (14) days of delivery. 

Outgoing and return/exchange shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will credit your refund by your original method of payment minus shipping costs. 

Allow seven (7) business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified once it has been processed. 

Please fill contact us via info@elizabeth-om.com regarding returns and exchanges and we will be in touch regarding your inquiry.

If you require your mala beads to be restrung please return them and they will be restrung for a fee of $30 (plus postage)

Breakages

If your mala bead necklace breaks within six (6) months of purchase, please email us via info@elizabeth-om.com with the following information:

  • Order number and name
  • Photograph of breakage
  • Description of what happened 

This will allow us to improve the quality of our mala bead necklaces for future customers. Elizabeth Om will not provide refunds or exchanges due to wear and usage.

Faulty product

Every mala bead necklace is carefully hand-made and quality checked prior to delivery to their new owner. 

If your mala beads arrive broken or damaged, please contact us and your necklace will be replaced if it is returned within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

If your mala bead necklace is no longer in stock, you will receive a refund.
